內頸靜脈逆流--暫時性失憶症

      「這是哪裡？我怎麼會在這個地方？」一名男子與妻子親熱到一半，突然失憶，不知身在何處。醫師說，暫時性失憶症可能是內頸靜脈逆流或瓣膜異常的警訊，若數小時重複問同樣問題，最好就醫。

         台北榮民總醫院昨天舉行慶祝醫師節暨優良醫師表揚大會，神經內科主治醫師鐘芷萍以「內頸靜脈逆流與老年人大腦白質病變」研究，獲得年度醫師學術論文獎第三名。

This model shows how to simulate a phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer. The model multiplies the frequency (synFr) of a reference signal by a constant synN/synM, to produce a synthesized signal whose frequency is synFr*synN/synM. A feedback loop maintains the frequency of the synthesized signal at this level.

The Secure Digital Memory Card (SDC below) is the de facto standard memory card for mobile equipments. The SDC was developped as upper-compatible to Multi Media Card(MMC below). SDC compleant equipments can also use MMCs in most case. There are also reduced size versions, such as RS-MMC, miniSD and microSD, with the same function. The MMC/SDC has a microcontroller in it. The flash memory controls (erasing, reading, writing, error controls and wearleveling) are completed inside of the memory card. The data is transferred between the memory card and the host controller as data blocks in unit of 512 bytes, so that it can be seen like a generic hard disk drives from view point of upper level layers. The currentry defined file system for the memory card is FAT12/16 with FDISK patitioning rule. The FAT32 is defined for only high capacity (>= 4G) cards.

台灣人才 三大失衡

台積電董事長張忠謀昨（5）日表示，產業界找不到所需要的人才，他觀察到國內有一、年輕人期望與現實；二、產學需求；三、不同層次訓練與需求等三大失衡現象。他強調，台灣不需要148所大學，當局者需要拿出勇氣，從教育改革做起。

張忠謀昨應邀出席國科會舉辦的第二次科學技術發展諮詢會議。他指出，人才問題是他每天都在思考的議題，這是一切的基本，既然他出席諮詢會議，所談就聚焦在科技人才。

以台積電來說，對於人才問題沒有什麼好抱怨的。台積電有4萬名員工，博士生約占2％、達800人；碩士生也有2,000多位。過去幾年，台積電提供很好的就業條件，也是畢業生最想進入的公司。

張忠謀說，他希望可以延攬更多的創意人才，但這跟有多少博士生是沒有相關的。

顱內動脈瘤

台中市38歲洪姓男子月前因頭痛昏迷，送醫不治，確診為顱內動脈瘤破裂出血。醫師陳春忠說，顱內動脈瘤未破裂前，沒有徵兆，一旦發生，請立即就醫，近來日夜溫差大，建議民眾出門要注意保暖，記得戴上帽子、口罩等，阻隔冷空氣，避免血管壁承受過大壓力而爆開。40歲以上高危險群民眾，在健檢中增加腦部核磁共振，防範未然。

天冷洗澡正確方式

      天氣冷颼颼，許多民眾愛泡熱水澡，不過洗澡方式不當，可能導致死亡。根據日本雜誌《日刊現代》報導，日本每年因洗澡不當而導致死亡多達一．四萬人，其中約九成是六十五歲以上的老年人。專家提醒，天氣冷時，洗澡時切勿先洗頭。

    根據日媒報導，日本有不少因洗澡不當導致死亡案例，特別是十二月、一月期間，溫差過大使血管及心臟負擔增加，在洗澡時摔倒從而溺死的情況特別嚴重。
